AGPAHI is governed by seven prominent members of the Board including the Chairman and the Executive Director as an ex-officio member. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is appointed by the joining members at the Annual General Meeting, for a term of two years and the Chairman/Chairperson is eligible to serve up to three consecutive terms (maximum of six years).
