Board Chairperson

Dr. Frederick S. Ringo is a retired public servant and an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He has taught commercial law at the Faculty of Commerce & Management and Faculty of Laws at the University of Dar es Salaam.  His experience includes being the Principal Legal Counsel of the Tanzania government privatization agency, Chief Legal Counsel for Afreximbank, Cairo, Egypt and the Director General of Tanzania’s Fair Competition Commission.  He has been on the board of AGPAHI since 2018.
