Board Member

Academic Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration (ESAMI), Advance Diploma in Public Administration (IDM Mzumbe) Ms Jayne has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, for 12 years she has spent working in the manufacturing sector.

Currently she is the Operations Manager for Cartrack Tanzania before that she worked as Director of Human Resources and Executive Affairs with Tanzania Portland Cement Dar es Salaam prior to that she worked at the capacity of Human Resources Manager for Tanga Cement, Scania Tanzania Limited and Mantrac Tanzania Limited. She has also worked with Medical Stores Department as HR Manager and also as an Instructor with Tanzania Public Service College.

Jayne served / serves in different boards and committees such as Dar es Salaam Occupational Health Services Board, Tanzania Private Sector Foundation Board, Vocational Education Training Authority Board, Executive Board Member for Tanga Cement Company Limited and Social Security Regulatory Authority. Currently she serves the Association of Tanzania Employers Management Board.
