Board Member

Stella- Emma Katende is the Treasurer for AGPAHI as well as the Chairperson for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. She is also a Member in the Human Resource Committee. She brings to the Board her 25+ years’ work experience, spanning in areas of Financial Management, Audit,Administration and Governance.

Stella-Emma holds a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Governance from ESAMI and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) and Certified Director and Mastery in Directorship from the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT). She also holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam.

She has attended various Executive Management Programs including those run by the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT), National Board of Accountants and Auditors’ Continued Professional Education Programs (NBAA CPEs), Cambridge Judge Business School in the United Kingdom and those by Harvard Business School in U.S.
